To walk with women, especially mamas and women over 35, as they heal, remember, and return to themselves. I created Nurture with YaYa and Becoming Her Again to hold space for the woman behind the roles. Through postpartum support, womb wellness, real conversations, sisterhood, and self-nourishment, I help women reconnect with their power, nurture their body, and feel whole again all on their terms.
To build a safe, loving, and sacred community where women are reminded that thriving is possible, rest is sacred, and becoming HER again is not just a dream; it’s their birthright.
Whether it's in the realness of postpartum or the rediscovery of self after years of survival mode, this is a space to be poured into, held, seen, and guided.
When you step into this space with me, you're not just getting support, you’re getting a reset for your whole self. You’ll go from running on empty to being poured into. From surviving every day to softening into your healing. From putting everyone else first to finally choosing you.
Together, we reclaim your body, your voice, your peace and remind you that it’s safe to rest, receive, and rise again.
You won’t just be cared for, just know that you’ll be nurtured. And through that nurturing, you’ll begin Becoming Her Again.
I’m Charity Nasya, some people know me as YaYa. I’m a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in home health, case management, women's care, and physical assessment. Over the years, I’ve worked bedside, in management, and in homes while walking alongside patients and families during some of their most vulnerable moments.
My career has given me a front row seat to both the beauty and the challenges of life, health, and healing. I’ve seen what happens when people feel supported and truly cared for and I’ve also seen how heavy it can be when that support is missing. That’s why my mission goes beyond just clinical care. My heart is to nurture, educate, and empower women to take control of their health, heal from the inside out, and step into a life of wellness and intention.
Through my work as a nurse, trained doula, lactation counselor, and founder of Becoming Her Again, I’ve combined my professional knowledge with my personal journey of transformation. I know what it feels like to give so much of yourself that you forget who you are and I also know the power of reclaiming your health, your peace, and your identity.
Whether I’m guiding a new mom through breastfeeding, helping a family navigate care at home, or walking women through the Becoming Her Again movement, my purpose is the same: to create safe spaces where healing, restoration, and wholeness can happen.
Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about surviving — it’s about thriving. And that’s the heartbeat of everything I do.
